Desa Impiana Condominium, built on a 16 acres freehold land, consist of eight high rise towers and four rows of duplex condominiums amounting to a total of 846 units.

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE PIGEONS



Please do not feed the pigeons as there is a health risk involved. Breathing dust or water droplets containing contaminated pigeon droppings can lead to several diseases. Beware as strong wind can blow contaminated dust by pigeons droppings into your home or cooking area. Please take precautions. You can install netting as suggested by the Management. 

Washing down the pigeons droppings into other residents unit causes health risk to their families. Please do not throw rice or bread crumbs as it may attract more pigeons to roost at your area. There are also residents who are keeping birds at their aircond yard area and this attracts the pigeon to the bird food that drops from the bird cage.

RENOVATION/AIRCOND SERVICES:

Please be informed that all air condition servicing, renovation inclusive of repair works done by yourself (knocking & drilling) should be done within 9am-6pm from Monday to Saturday. No extension beyond 6pm is allowed, please advise your contractor accordingly! 


Strictly no knocking or drilling sounds after 6pm to 9am from Monday to Saturday and throughout the day on Sunday & Public Holidays. 


Please be mindful that pounding using mortar and pestle (alu dan lesung batu) and using chopping board causes loud knocking noise similar to renovation works. This irritates residents living around you during silent hours. Please use thick rubber mat etc. to reduce noise impact.

These requirements are to be followed to preserve harmony among residents.
